WHAT IS BEYOND YOGA BENDY? In short, it's individualized yoga coaching where you'll learn proper alignment and build strength, mixed with individualized flexibility training to help you take your practice to the next level. Please watch this video I've created for more details!

Goals - Setting specific, measurable, and achievable objectives that guide your flexibility progress


Evaluation - A pre-program assessment of your baseline flexibility and mobility so we can measure your results as we work together toward your goals


Targets - Focusing on increasing your range of motion within the specific muscle groups that will get you to your goal as fast as possible


Balance - Including both static and active stretches


Exploration - Allowing the freedom to modify and add goals as your flexibility progresses


Nurturing - Including a warm up and cool down, and encouraging you to remain within your current limits to prevent injury


Dedication - Ensuring consistency is achieved by providing you with at-home exercises between sessions


You - Open dialogue and regular check-ins to ensure you're getting the most out of your training with me

About Me

Creator & Personal Trainer at Beyond Yoga Bendy

Hi! I’m Lacey, your personal trainer and creator of Beyond Yoga Bendy, and I’m so excited to help you unlock your full potential through personalized yoga and flexibility coaching.


My discovery of my love for yoga began in my early teens, and I’ve been practicing ever since. As a dancer and rhythmic gymnast, I spent many years pushing my body to its limits. However, after retiring from those disciplines, my physical yoga practice was all that kept me from losing the strength and flexibility I'd built entirely. It took time and dedication, but now, at 38, I’m stronger and more flexible than I was 15 years ago—thanks to the integration of flexibility training into my yoga practice.


The main reason I focused on becoming more flexible and mobile isn’t just for aesthetics or performance—it’s about aging gracefully. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized how crucial flexibility and mobility are for staying active, healthy, and pain-free as we age. I want to continue to be able to do the things I love without discomfort or limitation for as long as possible.


With a passion for helping others to move freely, prevent injuries, and feel strong and confident in their bodies, I’ve become a Registered Yoga Teacher and a NASM Certified Stretching and Flexibility Coach. My approach blends modern and traditional yoga practices with focused flexibility training, creating a holistic experience tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to enhance your yoga practice or simply improve your flexibility without the yoga, I’ve got you covered!
