Hello and welcome! I'm Lacey, a registered yoga teacher and NASM certified stretching and flexibility coach. Whether you're here because you're looking to enhance your yoga practice, get your splits, or simply increase your flexibility and mobility, I'm excited to work with you!


On this site you'll find options to book 1-on-1 sessions with me both in person (Sudbury, ON) and online for personal yoga teaching or flexibility training. You'll also find options to save with monthly memberships, bulk ordering, and a loyalty program. If you're self-disciplined but want direction, I can personally tailor a program to you under the Personal Stretching Plans option for a one-time purchase.


My mission is to empower you to take your flexibility and mobility to the next level safely and effectively—no matter where you're starting from. I can’t wait to support you on your path to becoming the most strong, balanced and BENDY version of yourself!

    Flexibility Training      The "Get Bendy" Method

Goals - Setting specific, measurable, and achievable objectives that guide your flexibility progress


Evaluation - A pre-program assessment of your baseline flexibility and mobility so we can measure your results as we work together toward your goals


Targets - Focusing on increasing your range of motion within the specific muscle groups that will get you to your goal as fast as possible


Balance - Including both static and active stretches


Exploration - Allowing the freedom to modify and add goals as your flexibility progresses


Nurturing - Including a warm up and cool down, and encouraging you to remain within your current limits to prevent injury


Dedication - Ensuring consistency is achieved by providing you with at-home exercises between sessions


You - Open dialogue and regular check-ins to ensure you're getting the most out of your training with me

Personal Yoga Teaching

Having a personal yoga teacher is a truly next level experience. If you want to get the most that yoga has to offer and if you really want to level up (I'm talking arm balances, headstands, forearm stands, handstands, splits, king pigeon, etc.) this is for you. As a long-time practitioner and registered yoga teacher with a focus on strength and flexibility training integrations, I'm ready to take you there. This is for complete beginners to intermediates working toward advanced.

Location & Contact

In-person sessions are local to Sudbury, ON residents. Online sessions are open to all and held over Zoom.
