This is a 30 Day program for hips and legs flexibility suitable for beginners (yoga and stretching familiarity, but on the inflexible side) and intermediates (comfortably down in the splits on at least one side). Workouts are pre-recorded follow-along videos and are between 10 and 20 minutes in length. There are no official "rest" days, so you need to be able to put at least 20 minutes aside daily for the entire 30 days. This can be started whenever you feel you will be able to commit this time.

Key Components:
⦁ Progressive Load (meaning you'll start off easier and gradually increase in intensity)
⦁ A wall with space is needed
⦁ 2 yoga blocks are needed
⦁ A chair is needed (normal kitchen height)
⦁ A stretch band or a towel is needed
⦁ A soft cushion or pillow is recommended
⦁ 5 minute warm up videos are included as "bonus" materials, but any quick warm up to get your heart rate up and warm up your muscles (jogging on spot, jumping jacks, etc.) is required before each video session.
⦁ Progress Tracker is provided to upload your photos and share them with me, though this is entirely optional. However, taking photos for yourself is recommended to aid in motivation! Front splits, middle splits, and a standing pike stretch are great photo options to track your progress.
⦁ Can be done any time of the day. If you are active, I recommend doing these after your daily activity or workout.

Beginners - expect this to be challenging from the beginning.

Intermediates - expect a challenge to begin after the first week.
